Who does not love a good biscuit? This recipe was from an old, 1927 house I once lived in. I bought the house from a man who had grown up there (he was 65 when he sold it to me). This was his mom’s biscuit recipe that she made for him when he was growing up. He gave it to me to carry on the tradition with my own kids. He loved his mom so much he painted the kitchen a beautiful, light, sunny yellow in her honor. (I promised him we would always keep it that way).
Take a quiet moment and whip these up. It will make the whole house smell so good!
