“Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith first. The trust part comes later.” ~ SUPERMAN
Dear Readers, Community, Friends,
Now that we have all actualized our superpowers, how about we collaborate like the Wonder Twins?
Indeed, I am dating myself. I have vivid childhood memories of delight when Superman and the Justice League met in the Hall of Justice to devise an ingenious plan to save the world. Now, after spending a week in the business community hearing stories of both hardship and the beautiful resolve, a word to describe the general sentiment is, “lifequake:A significant, sudden and unexpected shift in the trajectory of your life that initially feels devastating but has the beneficial outcome of catalyzing personal growth, transformation and rebirth.”
It’s time for us to come together with our strengths and keep the momentum going. Here are some ways we can take action:

After attending both the Economic Development Coalition’s 5 x 5 Strategy Workshop, and Venture Asheville’s unforgettable event last night at the Orange Peel, we wanted to get a list of ways we can all support Asheville businesses as they recover and rebuild after the hurricane.
